The hotel's location on the coast was wonderful, and it was very convenient to walk along the promenade nearby. the conference room was quite spacious and accommodated our mid-year review easily.
The rooms were not well insulated, and there was a lot of noise coming in from outside. the air conditioning was not working properly, so it was uncomfortably hot in the room.

Relax on your balcony a few feet from the waters edge and it all makes sense...
Overpriced, basic, old and noisy- but see positive comment above!

This hotel offers great value for money with its stunning view over the Baltic. The rooms, although basic, are clean and comfortable, and many of them have a balcony with direct access to the sea shore. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Location - hotel is right next to sea and very close to city center and beach. There are lots of parking places near to hotel and staff was very friendly - we were going on a bicycle trip from this hotel and there were no problems to leave our cars in the hotel's parking lot.
Sound isolation is very bad - you can hear everything rooms next to yours are doing and talking! In my opinion it was a bit too expensive for the quality it gives, but it was fully booked anyway (most probably this is because Haapsalu is lacking good hotels in summer).

More than satisfactory. The front desk bent over backwards to make sure a massage happened even though originally he said "none were available". Waitress in dr was most accommodating to find food after hours. The location right on the water was fabulous and a stormy night provided all kinds of entertainment and changeable weather from rainbow to sleet to sun - to heavy winds. a wonderful spot!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely stunning, right on the bay with a beautiful view of the sea. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the rooms, although basic, were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony providing a breathtaking view of the sea.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Basic hotel, at a great location, view from the room was to the sea, with a balcony (and in our case first floor- you could walk out to the promenade from your room). Good value for money
These are not major things, but: The shower was, well, very 90's and the floor was not the cleanest Ive seen, but otherwise the room was clean. Dont touch the faucet (except handle) in the shower, its made of metal and gets hot on one side and cold on the other.. :D

The hotel had an amazing seaside location, offering stunning views from our balcony. It was lovely to wake up to the serene water right outside our window. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with helpful staff who were always friendly and polite. One of the best aspects was the peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast was satisfying, particularly the porridge which was delicious.
We found the restaurant disappointing, with little variety in the menu. We had to walk a little further into town to find more options for meals.

Excellent location, along the sea. That's why we chosed this hotel and we were not disappointed. You can get to town center with a 15 minutes walk along the sea.
Poor breakfast (bad quality and not enough for everybody on saturday) . Bathroom not convenient at all (water everywhere after using the shower).

Very good location right by the sea. Nice sauna that is free of charge in the morning. Breakfast is OK and the lunch and dinner served in the restaurant is satisfying and not overpriced. We prolonged our stay one night.
Extra beds are uncomfortable.
